Absolutely fantastic experience! Sunny was so helpful and our food was delivered with much swiftness! We parked at wal mart and we’re looking for a place to eat and we stumbled upon this little gem. 5 star Vietnamese food for sure! My vegetarian Pho was so tasty! And the dragon sauce is the perfect kick to add to your soup. Thank you Sunny!

Super delicious rice noodles with the juiciest, most flavorful lemongrass chicken. Just such a delight to eat crispy veggies and herbs on a hot day here. The owner was so sweet too and chatted with us. This spot has been around for 20 years, too!

Updated 1/18/2021 Been eating here off and on since 2000. They have been in business 21 years, in chinatown. I think based on that alone, it should tell you something, since most business go under withing the 1st year. The faces have mostly changed over the years, but the food is still awesome, and the staff is very friendly and warm. My family always feels like we are home when we go there. I recommend the Super Size Pho Combo (Pho Dac Biet). This place, although shares a name with the location in Aiea is much better in quality. The Pho was delicious as always. I can't wait for their new location to open near Ward Center!!! Its about time! End update The good: Probably the best Pho in Hawaii. Been going here for over 18 years, and I cannot find a better tasting Pho. The Pho stock is very light color and clear, but the taste is very beefy! Make sure you taste the soup before you add any extra ingredients. The price is better than most of their competition, including Cuu Long in Pearl Ridge. The Bad: Not much is bad, except......normally I cannot finish a Super Size Pho Dac Biet or I struggle. I ate it pretty quick today, and was not completely full. The bowl size is the same, but maybe less noodles? The ugly: The place is surrounded by many foul smelling homeless and druggies. Go in the day time, and don't leave valuables in the car. Highly recommended!! Best on Island. Same Staff in over 18 years....maybe more. I almost gave 4 stars, only because of location and all the homeless around it.

AMAZING pork banh mi!! The pork is so so delicious and there is a lot in the sandwich. Generous amount of pickled veggies and cilantro, as well. The other dishes we got were also very tasty and hit the spot. Overall, yummy Vietnamese food and an extensive menu. Highly recommend!

We got the summer rolls and it was really refreshing (could use a little bit more veggies) but still outstanding and an amazing sauce that went with it! We also got the lemongrass chicken and beef vermicelli noodles. It’s amazing and would definitely try again

We had the bun bo hue and I really enjoyed it! My partner, who is Vietnamese, wasn’t as impressed. We both agreed that the noodles were well cooked and that the broth looked was flavorful. She, however, pointed out that “something was missing” but she just couldn’t quite out her finger on it. Anyway, the staff was super friendly which made our experience that much better!
